Monthly mileage reports are due by the 5th day of the month. Please email or send mileage reports to Dawn.Slater@azdoa.gov.

 Vehicles should be serviced in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Cycle established by the ADOA Fleet Management Office, which is 4 months or 4,000 miles.
