The Fleet Management Office manages approximately 1800 vehicles that are leased to State agencies. Maintenance on these vehicles is performed by ADOT and regular preventative maintenance schedules are kept.
As a driver, you play an important role in maintaining assigned vehicles in a safe, operable condition. Your first responsibility is to make sure the vehicle receives the regular preventive maintenance services. If any aspect of the vehicle's performance concerns you, bring the situation to the attention of the ADOA Fleet Maintenance Manager. Your vehicle should be serviced in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Cycle established by ADOA Fleet Management Office, which is 4 months or 4,000 miles.
You may bring your extended lease vehicle into our site at 1501 W Madison during our normal working hours (8am - 4pm) to have it washed at no charge. If you can afford the time to leave the vehicle with us for a day or so - a full detailing can be done. Please email or phone Steve Lopez, 602-542-3126 to schedule an appointment.
If you have any questions concerning your extended lease vehicle - such as replacement or adding a new vehicle, please email or phone Rob Smook at 602-542-6161.
