Windshield Repair

If you find that there is damage to any of the glass on your vehicle, please bring it in and have it repaired. You will need to fill out a Risk Management Automobile Loss Report, and leave your vehicle with us for 24 hours. Sarah Mitchell, 602-542-3118,  is your contact here at Fleet Management for any windshield/window repairs. 

If you are outside of Maricopa County you can fax your Loss Report to (602) 542-3125 and we will get Safelite Auto Glass out to you at their earliest convenience.
