Smoke Free Arizona- In November of 2006 the citizens of Arizona made their voices heard by passing Proposition 201, The Smoke-Free Arizona Act. This landmark statute prohibits smoking in most indoor public places and company vehicles. Beginning May 1, 2007, smoking will no longer be allowed in most indoor public places and places of employment.

ADOA Statewide Fleet Report - This is the fourteenth annual report by the Statewide Fleet Coordinator pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-803 (R). The data included in this report was prepared by each SFE which inlcudes State Agencies, Universities, and Community Colleges and was delivered to the Fleet Coordinator in August and September of 2011.

New E85 Fueling Site in Phoenix open to the Public - Western States Petroleum, Arizona’s leader in biodiesel delivery, has become the first Phoenix retailer to offer E85, 85 percent ethanol 15 percent petroleum, to a growing number of flexible-fuel vehicle owners who wish to fuel with the cleaner burning, domestically produced fuel at its site at 450 S. 15th Ave. The site is open M-F, 6am to 4pm. The method of payment is cash or major credit. For Fleet customers, the fueling site does not accept the voyager card.
